“I hope you are aware of what an outstanding resource Nycki is at your Hampton location. She helped my husband and I today in so many ways. My husband was quite ticked off at home and she called us promptly at 9:30 after I had written a somewhat snarky remark online because I was not able to pay my bill online. She called us promptly which was the first thing on a Monday morning. We were on our way over there anyway and she just said that she was waiting for us and to come right on. Suddenly the whole situation and my husband's anger was deflected by her warm and sunny yet professional attitude. My husband and I are both medical professionals with 30 years in cardiology at Sentara hospital and we really appreciated the fact that Nycki got straight to business and did not waste our time. In fact she answered quite intelligently and we were very impressed and grateful. She ended up setting us up on bill pay which is going to be really convenient.
